In an attempt to bring out new racers to the track, the GSKA has approved some new heavy weight classes. One twist to these rules is a MAXIMUM kart weight. This maximum weight will keep lighter drivers from adding large amounts of weight to their kart and spoiling the fun of us King Size racers. A second twist for the Clone Senior Sportsman Heavy is that we are going to allow them to run the same exhaust as the Clone Heavy. That exhaust is thought to be worth .5 second a lap, which should put the heavy drivers on par with the light ones. So, the heavy drivers will be running for the same points as the lighter ones. If there turns out to be any significant lap time discrepancies, we may tweak the rules to make up for it. See below for details.
Clone Senior Sportsman Heavy:
400 pounds for kart and driver, maximum kart weight of 200 pounds.
Allow RLV header and muffler as used by Clone Heavy, refer to this post:

The intent of this rule is to allow the Clone Senior Sportsman Heavy to race for the same points as the Clone Senior Sportsman, and will not be run as a separate class. A performance or weight adjustment may be implemented, if deemed necessary, if lap times are significantly different between the two groups.
All other rules the same as Clone Senior Sportsman
All classes would be run with their lighter class. _________________ Jeff Bacon
