| The quickest way that I know to lock out non club members is to spec a tire that runs nowhere else. WKA is the accepted rule making body for engines and should be for spec tires. That way, anybody that runs WKA will be able to run at Barnesville without having to buy a set of Barnesville tires for use in one race. |
