hey john, are we going with the new pipe for next year or sticking with the can?

In my opinion, this need to be the decision of the current racers and not the board. I am starting some research to determine if the initial views are true. I will get a much better feeling after the WKA Manufacturers Cup in Daytona and speaking to the engine builders like Haddock, Adkins, Comet, etc. The key will be if the engines will need to be modified. Initial comments have been no, but I am not convinced of that yet. The initial dyno runs have show 2 1/2 HP gain with the pipe. All that was done was take a Can motor and bolt on the Pipe. Only thing done is carb adjustment.

We will likely run some Yamaha Jr next year, and I vote we follow whatever WKA does with the Jr Yamaha rules.

im kinda with you darrin although i didnt even run this year, lol. i do have the stuff sitting in the shed, be assured next year i will be out of retirement again. go wka. rules and take the guess work out of it. but what ever you guys want to do i will follow.
