OK, it was not as much fun racing my Rotax (against myself) last time out, so I've sold it . . . and am in the process of getting a Yamaha can package together. If I can't make the August 8th race I'm sure I can be there for the following round.
The competition looks great and I'm looking forward to joining the group. _________________ Tonykart EVRR / Adkins Yamaha |

| Cool over the break I turn 15 so I have got to get weights about 50 lbs and with out them I have been running 24.9 to 25.1 how much do you think I will lose? I have been out there every weekend getting laps and droping time. Also we lost our beacon two weeks ago if any one has seen it please call 425-444-0402. |

| Wow better get some seat time...a lot more seat time. So would the extra weight help with handling at all? And does any one know a place were I can get my kart weighted for perfect distribution? |

Hint: Take a post it note and write beacon on it and stick it to the beacon. When you get ready to put the beacon out on the track take the post it note and stick to your cars steering wheel. Works for me. _________________ Rippin Racing

You can get lead at diving shops or plumbing supply stores. You could also post on this forum to see if someone has lead they will sell
Yes you want to place the lead to balance the kart out. As a general rule you want the have 42-44% front weight distribution. It depends on the chassis. I would shoot for 43. You should find some one with scales to scale out the kart properly. _________________ John
