The board has decided to expand the tire rule for TaG in an effort to draw drivers from other tracks. This is what we voted for:
Tag (Leopard & X30) uses either Bridgestone or Hoosier
Rotax uses Mojo or Hoosier.
No cross pollination.
Karts run for trophies, regardless of tire.
We did not add the Vega from AMP because we felt it was too many tire brands, and that the AMP people may also run SEKA and MMX, which both run on Hoosier.

Are you saying Rotax can not use the Bridgestone YLB tire, which is the WKA rule? |

This announcement was posted prematurely. But to answer your direct question, YES any TAG approved motor by WKA is allowed to run the WKA Spec tire which is the Bridgestone YLB.

so this means tag drivers can run any of these three tire brands per barnesville rules and still be legal right.

I would think that the track we would most likely be able to draw racers from--on a regular basis--would be AMP.

Final tire rule for TaG:
1. Mojo D2
2. Bridgestone YLB
3. Hoosier MMXA
4. Vega XH (Greens)
TaG drivers at GSKA can run any tire they want, regardless of motor, and will be running for trophies and points.

What about TaG Jr?
FKCS Has:
TaG Jr - Bridgestone ‐ YLB, 10x4.50‐5 (front) 11x7.10‐5 (rear)
Rotax Jr - MOJO D1, 10x4.5‐5 (front) ‐ 11x7.10‐5 (rear)
AMP Rules:
Vega XH 4.60/7.10
Moorseville Rules:
Rotax Jr - MOJO D1, 10x4.5‐5 (front) ‐ 11x7.10‐5 (rear)
TaG USA Rules:
Bridgestone YLB
MG FZ Yellow W
Hoosier R60A
Vega XM White
Mojo D2 With Rotax engines only
I suggest we allow:
Bridgestone ‐ YLB
MOJO D1, 10x4.5‐5 (front) ‐ 11x7.10‐5 (rear)
Vega XH 4.60/7.10
The above would cover AMP, FKCS, and Rotax.
We have 2 FKCS racers coming this weekend, and I suspect they may come a few more times. We will likely run both Rotax shows and FKCS so the D1 or YLB option would be nice.
