We will be attending the 1st GSKA race of the year as usual and will be bringing 2 Can Yamahas. I wish we could make more races with you guys. Its just really far away for us. I love the Yamaha class and want to see it grow. It has enough speed, and is very affordable compared to a TAG and there are parts and engines for sale cheap all over the USA, being that it was the #1 used karting engine of all time. It is still huge in the North and if this class would average around 10 karts, I think it would catch on and grow like wildfire. We would make many more GSKA races if there were 10-12 in Yamaha or TAG. Good Luck and see ya at GSKA Race #1 of 2012. _________________ Matt Skaggs |

Looks like the interest is building!
Josh wanted to move up to 2 strokes and had considered Rotax. I mentioned Yamaha and we are in the process of looking for a Yammy for him.
I would at least like to take some laps in a Yammy...... c
ps: we have found several local at prices LESS than clone packages! c _________________ "kart racing since 1958, was and still the best bank for the buck in motorsports" |

Finding motors are easy, finding ones that have not been abused, in good condition and fast is the hard part. _________________ John

Tony,
We would love to have you join us next year. Yes the can is slower, but it is still pretty fast. We have one driver down to a 24.4. _________________ John
