Here is the link to the new WKA Clone Tech Rules. Clone Rules are on Pg. 10 and Classes and Weights on Page 4.

The Board will be discussing and voting on our plans for the Clone Class for 2011 once we know what WKA plans for Tires.

This is hot off the press........
02.04.2011 – WKA officials and representatives from Firestone and Russell Karting have recently confirmed their plans for the spec tires for 2011 for the Russell Karting Gold Cup Series.
As the series prepares for the upcoming Michigan Kart Supply Nationals March 25-27 at 103rd Street Sports Complex in Jacksonville, Florida, Junior Sportsman and Junior competitors will again utilize the Dunlop DDM Tire. All Senior class participants will continue with the Firestone YKD brand for the 2011 season.
With the addition of Clone classes nationally, Junior and Senior class drivers will follow suit with the animal classes, juniors running the Dunlop DDM and seniors on the Firestone YKD.
Updated Tire rules and procedures will be available shortly.
To view the updated class structure containing the spec tire per class, visit the Gold Cup homepage by clicking Series on WorldKarting.com and then click "Classes."

I cant believe they released the rules this early. Good for the WKA! People actually have time to prepare.
