Kart Winternationals MArch 25, 26 & 27, 2010, Dr. hip continues to toil working on his skunk works twin engine (16,4 CI) vintage kart.

Little did dr. c know that having TWO engines on ONE (48 year old) kart was well over TWICE the work!

...but he carries a heavy load, representing his fellow GSKA karters.

now he just wonders "if only his friends, fellow drivers and fans" show up to support him, and to stand proud, waving the GSKA flag for all to see....

...stay tuned.

Dr. Chip,

I just received advanced entries # 24, 25 & 26 Today! Based on the # of advanced entries and the people I have talked to and I know you have talked to also, count on 75-100 entries. As Dr Hip or Dr. Chip (I like Dr. Hip) has said all along, This is Going to be BIG!

There will be at least 4-5 C-open machines (90 horspower) Over 90 MPH flying through the air at the hump on the back straight plus the kart show judging Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.

This is going to be a really big show!

Y'all come on out and enjoy!

I share the excitement, but if you keep everything in one thread, you can, in addition, edit the first message subject and it will always be on top !!

90 mph seems a bit of a stretch, however , I will come to see it first hand.

Jeff: COOL! I raced a MArgay/flatty combo at Barnesville in 1988!

Got the twin West Bend 820's mounted: LOTS of details left, then on to 2 more karts!

This is gonna be BIG! c

Jeff,

The entry fees are posted and that fee does cover all three days. Unfortunatly due to costs, we will not be able to offer reduced entry fees for say Friday & Satruday or just Saturday only. Of course the first heat demonstration is Friday afternoon. See you at the track!
