Kart scaled perfectly, within half pound ( perfect chassis ). We wasted first session as wd40 left on brake disk from yesterdays axle changing. Brakes were very weak. In second practice we were back to yesterdays lap time (52.3). Changing 2 shot rear tires to not so bad and we are 51.8 and 51.5 ( timed practice ) after setting chassis to be more free. One more to go.
We here don't have idea what are the lap times of other drivers. If online is working, please post some here. Live timing is not working on my phone. I know Brent is fast, Matt is also faster than yesterday.

Michael had accident and was checked by EMT and released with ice. He was waving his hand to let faster driver behind pass him from the left, but other guy jumped over his left side and landed on his left foot. We may not continue if he has broken toe.
We will fix bend front bumper holder and rescale tomorrow. No other visual problems.
Michael is walking by himself now...

Hope you're alright, Michael. Good luck to all the Ga. boys.

This was cool. On the FWT blog site, these two posts were back to back.

Look out for Brent Harper. Those North Georgia boys know how to drive.

Man, I wish I was there!

Ihor's time for me was from the 2nd session.. I am actually now 7th fastest overall and still trying to get my new chassis figured out. Keith Karr was the fastest and his kart looks to be handling great. Now if I can get my chassis there we will be good.. Results are on www.mylaps.com

Looks as though Jesse is either have problems this morning in morning practice or they forgot to put on their transponder. Lets hope that it is just the transponder.

Matt and Brent are doing well. Matt is sitting 6th and Brent in 7th. Both are just 2 tenths off pole. Max Papis is in 8th behind Brent.

We qualified with loose axle. He was braking from one pad to another, bogging off the turns. 0.7s slower than yesterday on old tires. Starting pre-final 27th of 38. I'm not expecting much, just finish today safe and be ready for tomorrow.
