That's fine by me too, Wes.
If we are inclined to combine the clone enduro and TAG enduro on the same date, let's keep in mind that the first clone enduro is tentatively scheduled for 4/18. My one misgiving with that date is that if anyone has motor problems, then he only has two weeks to get it repaired for the 5/2 club races.
March 7th (tentatively Race #2) might be a good day--we would have one race in the books (2/21), and the next club race following it is 4/4, four weeks later.
Great, we're up to six. Once we get a date set and 10-12 confirmations, maybe we should post an announcement on the ekarting site as well as the nearby clubs.

Seeing how "endurance" isn't exactly my kart's strong point these days, I might be trying to bum a ride with Patrick for this event.  I'm afraid anybody co-driving my kart would need good walking shoes and a well stocked tool box.

reversing that track is scary! I've tried it on my shifter on a track day, I did'nt like it.

reverse is 100 times more fun than the track in normal config. I wish we ran it in reverse all the time.

| man to go backwards for 100 laps. now that would be bad a--. start the season with it so you dont have to wait a year even better. what is the tire rule? of course that will include rims ha. going backwards is just like running a new or different track someplace else. i am all about reversing this one. |

I agree, Alan. Backwards would be awesome. And, if we are going to try to do this with a TAG name on it, we should go by GSKA rules. If we make a mandatory pit stop or two, it could really put emphasis on tire compound choice. This could bring in a Formula 1 flair to the event. (One set medium, one set soft compound)....
