there was A LOT of beating and banging. I thnk Josh Warrens mom got a lot of it on tape... including that nasty little scuffle coming out of the S.

It was a blast Chip...sorry you couldn't be there. It was really neat seeing and hearing all of those karts on the track for a full hour! It was quite a site. There was definitely some bumping and banging, but I think it was largely due to the difference in speed between front runners and back markers. It was clear which karts had been sorted out over time and it made a big difference.

I think the race has to be considered a big success and something that many of us will look forward to doing again. Sorry I don't have the top finishers for you....maybe somebody else can help out with that info.

The enduro was a blast!!!!
Lots of racing all over the track.
Very few local yellow flags considering the traffic.
And as a side note:I do not think there was a single motor issue.
For a little over $100 for the clone how can you beat it. Wink

Top 3 karts
Stevie Roberts of course
Darrin Tebbe with John Wehrheim
Carter and Coleman Schlenke

Good job guys!!!

I will get the rsults later. Just wanted to check in and assure myself it was safe, and sane, oh well, at least safe!

Just talked to my wife and se said that you had beautiful weather! I'm glad it went so well!

Can't wait for the video! And all the smak talk: coulda/woulda/shoulda!

Lets plan another one soon for the next season!

And everyone get ready to come out and support the Vintage Winter Nationals at B'ville March 20-21, 09.

There are rumors now confirmed the Half Fast Racing (me! and my team) have a ringer west coast "Bug" Wasp being air freighted in for the vintage race to represent GSKA! Plans are to have it on promo display and in demo action for one or both races at B'ville this year! cb
