Some things to think about:

* Make sure to re-read the clone rules. There have been a number of clarifications due to racer comments. Click here:
http://www.georgiasprintkarting.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1830&start=0
* Fuel and tire changes only in pit lanes. There will be two karts assigned to each pit area, so you will need to work with the other team you are pitted with. If you have any preferences on who you would like to pit with, let me know. If you need major work, you will have to take it to the regular paddock area. Remember, engine off from scales to grid and no high-speed coasting either.
* Don't forget a fire extinguisher. If you can avoid it, don't get a dry extinguisher. They make an incredible mess if you have to use it. CO2 or Halon are best. No water extinguishers for gas fires, it make the fire worse.
* Make sure to have your transponder charged up. Put it in the charger holder between qualifying and the race and it will go to sleep, extending battery life.
* Transponders are to be mounted to the seat back or equivalent position.
* Put new batteries in your stop watch. You may want to attache a stop watch onto your kart as well.
* Try very hard not to cross the track during the race. With 20+ karts out there, it could be very dangerous.
* It will be a LeMans type of start. The karts will be lined up side by side down the pit lane. You will be seated in your kart. Your crewman in charge of starting will be across the track. When the flag is thrown, he will run across the track and start you. Should be fun!

Jeff,
Could you please pit Rippin Racing and Team Schlenke together?

Thanks
