Which engines and vehicles are affected?
Small Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines and Equipment: Spark-ignition (SI) nonroad engines rated below 25 horsepower.
Well at least us 4-stroke guys can still race for less $$ than a rotax .

Nothing to worry about really. You can get an import exemption from the EPA as long as the engine is for closed coarse racing use only.
