| Frank Barnesville doesn't have lights anymore thanks to the Drifters. Where are you going to race? |

never mind, I saw a couple of vids on youtube. Something seems so wrong seeing those big cars on that small KART track. _________________ Mr. Sideways |

Here is the link to the Buggy Days event: http://www.barnesville.org/pages/Buggy_Days.php
I am a little hesitant to push our racing too much at the Buggy Days. There are going to have as many as 50,000 people there and if even a tiny amount of people show up, we could be swamped. I am trying to get a hold of Mr. Kim to see if they would want to do more to accommodate spectators, such as finishing the bleachers. We could supply some of the labor, but they need to supply the materials. _________________ Jeff Bacon

They clearly spend more time in the dirt than on the track by the looks of things. Wan-na-beez

Yes, I agree. It really would not take a ton of light to light the track as well as it was back then. Lighting technology has came a long way. I don't know if the new ownership still has visions of cars running on the track, however.
