|Some people came to me yesterday with concerns about variances in weights on the scale. If you notice a change from prior weighing, pull off the scale and hit "zero' on the scale and retry.
Another thing people really don't think about is how much weight you can loose with sweat. As hot as it was yesterday, with the very hot suits we wear, it is possible to sweat off as much as 5 pounds in a long race.
Don't try to cut it so close on weight. An extra 3-4 pounds won't kill you.
