Victory Lane sounds great...
Lots (not whole house) start at $675,000. I can build a separate shop on a lot that starts at $100,000 and the MONTHLY dues are ONLY $2,600. Guess what? I can bring 4-friends at a time to enjoy the track too. 
Wow, that is some rarefied air, but wouldn't it be cool to roll out of bed, fire up the Ferrari 275 GT/B and pop out on your own private race track for a pre-breakfast session? Never hurts to dream, that's why I keep playing the Lottery

Dan, You're forgetting that the front straight at Victory Lane is also an airstrip. So you could fly the G4 into your new neighborhood and drop it at the hangar, then run a few laps in the Ferrari before taking lunch at the club house. Then you could play a round of golf and spend a quiet night at your home on the 14th fairway.
Next day you can put in some laps in your McLaren M6B and then fly the G4 back home.
Now that's a weekend getaway!
And I am sure there are enough Cicadas only 70 miles east of Savannah to keep Jory happy too.
I flew out to Denver this summer with two of the guys building Victory Lane. They said homesite sales are going well.

Is this Victory Lane under construction or just preselling to gauge interest?
The 4 guests at a time rule is a little much...
Did anyone figure out where Atlanta Motorsports Park will be located with Google Earth yet? |
