from what i've gathered by asking, it seems that changing to racing in the rain isn't fair at this point as everyone hasn't had the chance to get rain tires. would it be possible to decide that at some point in the future (like august), that we will start racing in the rain? then everyone would have time to prepare.

| if im correct, i thought you could take a wet track and put tires and hot racing gear around it and it will dry as long its not raining. |
