Hi guys! I'm planning on refitting my Yamaha for Henry to race in Yamaha Jr this coming weekend, and I wanted to confirm that gearing in the 10/85 neighborhood is sensible (which several posts seem to confirm). I found one post in the forums saying 11/84 was a good starting place, which seems too low for Barnesville.

Anyway, just want to be in the right neighborhood. Thanks in advance!

Phil

I prefer a 10/84, but I bounce between both. An 84 is the typical top end gear here, and 85 on bottom end depending where you are losing most.
