Hey everyone,

I was looking at the amount of clone entries and they are actually very high we just have to many classes..

Have any of the board members considered swapping to the lo206?

Everything I hear about the lo206 is great for the racer!!!

-Sealed bottom end.
-cheap
-very consistent
-Briggs does alot for karting
-the lo206 is faster then a "stock clone"
-tech is easier
-tech parts are more consistent

I think it would be great to have light lo206 med lo206 and heavy lo206 classes and arrange it so drivers can race all classes.

For you guys that want to spend more money run pro gas med and pro gas heavy.

While the LO206 has done good for other series, you kind of contradicted your own point from your first sentence to your last. You said that while we do have a high amount of clone entries, we have too many classes. If we were to do what you said, we would be left with five: LO206 Med, Heavy, and Sportsman, plus Pro Gas Med and Heavy.

This is actually one more than what we started the season with for four clone classes, which have practically merged back into our core three. (WKA, Medium, and Sportsman)

The difference in the class structure we have now and what I'm suggesting is that a racer can run light, med, and heavy.

It is impossible for a racer to run all the clone classes we offer at this time.

I would only have one clone class and that is what ever Wka offers.

Kyle-the best way to bring about change is get into a position where you can influence change..

Run for 2014 Board member. We need new blood and ideas.

"what have you done for kart racing....lately?" c

While idealistically that makes sense, I don't think many drivers would want to do two of those classes on the same raceday, much less three. The whole reason our clone medium class was nearly removed for the 2013 season was because everybody stopped doubling up on their races, and just stick to Senior Heavy (WKA). The only group that I've seen consistently do double-duty are some of the kid karts and kid clones, such as Tanner Carter and Cale Hall when he raced. But even now most in those two classes aren't double dipping either.

The LO206 class is a good suggestion, but if we run it at all next year, I say just one Senior class to see how it would work.

Again as I stated the clone rules are not uniformed enough to run all classes no one class is the same.

Trust me every other track/club even Wka does this.

I'm not going to debate facts with your opinion.

Again this is just a suggestion that I feel is worth looking into!!
