Jeff, let us know, when you can, what is the plan for clean-up. It looks like having us in certain areas of the property might be a liability issue for the owners. But I'm certainly available to help this Saturday. _________________ Tonykart EVRR / Adkins Yamaha |

Oh man that's bad! I'll be there Saturday to help clean up as well.
If anyone is planning on getting a head start on it Thursday let me know and I may be able to use a vacation day to come down and help - looks like rain Fri-Sun, but Thursday will be clear.
I have a chainsaw, wheelbarrow, axe, splitting maul, loppers, etc that I can bring down. I'm sure my dad will be down as well and he has pretty much all of the same stuff. |

I am planning on being there on Saturday with JFoust. If there is not any issue with being there Thursday, I might burn a vacation day too. I can bring down a generator, chain saw, pole saw and ladder. I have 4-wheel drive on my Nissan and will bring down a chain to drag anything that can't be picked up.
I think a crane will be needed to get the trees off the building and trailer to keep from doing any more damage.
It looks like the pit road fence took a tree, now might be the time to move it to make pit road wider and do what ever other work was going to be done in the tech area.
Just my thoughts.... _________________ Larry F

I think Dr. Lee, the owner of the club house and land, has one of his tree man patients going down Friday. They should have the equipment to get the big stuff out of the way..c _________________ "kart racing since 1958, was and still the best bank for the buck in motorsports" |

Please do not touch the downed trees. The adjuster wants the site left untouched until he sees it on sat am. I really appreciate all of you and will be there first thing sat morning. Work on the track property can commence as soon as you would like. All trees on fences etc even if just touching a fence should be left alone until the adjuster inspects the area. The fence and tree removal coverage depends on his observation.
Thanks, Jason |
