We will be offering a full compliment of Rotax classes for the 6/4/2011 Night Race and 8/6-8/7 GA Championship weekend:
Micromax
Minimax
Rotax Junior
Rotax Senior
Rotax Masters
Awards will be presented according to GSKA Series standards
Special thanks to Engine Services who will at the race with Spec fuel, oil, tires, and a full selection of Rotax parts. They will also be handling Rotax tech.
In addition TaG classes may run Bridgestone YKC or YLB or Mojo D2, allowing Rotax competitors to race TaG on Mojo tires. |

My son and I are considering coming to the Race on June 4th.
We would run Rotax Masters and Junior.
I wanted to be sure I have the weights correct.
It is:
Masters: 405 lbs
Junior: 320 lbs
Right ?
Also, any suggestions on gearing would be helpful.
Thanks, Scott Schubert |

Scott,
For Masters, I would suggest 12/87 as a starting point. Not sure about Juniors.

If I bring my second kart & driver(assuming I bring one in the first place) will it be allowed to run in rotax masters with an old style air box & clutch or will it need to run in the TAG class? _________________ #07 CRG - Rotax

Cory,
I think we have 2 other karts running old style clutches in Masters this weekend. I'm sure somebody will respond with an official ruling on this, but I think you will be ok in Masters.

| Those rules are for Nationals only. For local races and for local rotax series nothing except carb jets/floats combinations (12.5/5.2/30 or 8.5/3.6/60) applies. |

Great to see the Rotax drivers back at Barnesville. There was great racing and the battle between Jory and Kevin was fantastic.
Also nice to see Engine Services at the track to support all the Rotax drivers. _________________ John
