When we set the weight at the end of last year we set it where we did to be a middle ground to see if the class went more Jr. moving up or Sr. (heavier) guys. We did let everyone know that the weight may change. Right now the class has basically become a masters class and most of the interest are from guys that are going to end up weighing much closer to 360. A bonus is that the 360 weight lines us up with both WKA Masters and WKA Supercan Heavy.
The only other change I was considering is that anyone with the last names of Maxwell or Wilson have to run the 3 hole can

The extra pounds are only going to slow the kart by 1 - 2 tenths. A racer can gain this back by perfecting their driving skills and chassis tuning.
Please keep in mind we are trying to grow this class that appeals to a larger number of racers. I see no additional changes in 2011 for the Yamaha class.
Also, we have bought some Tech Tools to start teching the motors. _________________ John

LMAO
Maybe we need to get one of them or Steve Roberts in a kart to set a goal for everyone to reach. _________________ John

| "After further review....," and explanations from Dr Chip, Darrin and John, it makes sense. Objection withdrawn. |
