I have 2 test sessions on my newer ride and the first time I was way off pace. Last weekend I got a lot closer and hope to break out in race#2.

since you are running by WKA rules, why isnt the aftermarket airfilter adapter not used in the pro clone class? just curious

Hey Todd

First of all love to have you at our night race next weekend! Hope you can make it.

As far as the WKA rules go, We are running the setup that we have used the last 2 1/2 years because all of our competitors already had the open pipe including yourself. We did not use the WKA Briggs weiner pipe because as you and everyone knows it is a piece of crap. In using the open pipe we felt that the motor needed to be restricted on the airfilter side to keep from having flywheel issues (for safety). The rumor has it that RLV is developing a muffler and pipe for the WKA that will be available later this year or next year to replace the Briggs wiener style. When that happens we will more than likely change over to the new pipe and after market filter.

Hey Mike....send me a phone number that i can reach you at during the day. We will come and donate money again soon...lol. i dont think we have any stock airbox stuff left. we threw alot of that stuff away.
