As many others in rotax classes we skipped past weekend. Hopefully all are getting ready for Jacksonville Smile
We went to race with Alabama guys and despite Michael being sick, beat our best time there and had a lot of track time. 3 ten minutes practice sessions (one qualifying), 2 heat races (12 laps) and final race (15 laps) and best result came in second part of last race on tires which were new in Ocala FWT. Hat off to BRP Rotax for the engine (more than 50 hours and 2.5 years on bottom and more than 30 hours on top, done in January 2008, went for rebuild now) and Arrow for chassis. We didn't win, but lost to another Arrow and also lost track record in BCKC (38.1XX) to Christopher Tillery. Austin and Christopher are coming to race with us on June 13th.
There are Comer 50 and 80 classes now in Alabama and their next race is May 23rd.

On a track time subject. Patrick/Carl/Rick: can we increase number of laps for Mini? Yes, they are juniors, but they finish 8 laps Heat race in 2.5 minutes, its sometimes less then pause between classes. How would it negatively affect daily schedule if they race 4 more laps (less than 2 minutes)?
