Post what you think was the best move you did or the best win you won. Post your favorite racing story in barnesville.
If you think somone will get mad just go ahead and post and they will get over it Laughing

Here's mine.
Adam, and Me were racing in one race and we went three wide with another driver down the backstretch and adam and the other racer tangled and I went on to win the race. Shocked Laughing

Back in the mid 90's Jeff Barnes and I swapped the lead in the first corner several times lap after lap for several laps. In the esses we were side by side several times rubbing on one another. We never spun or crashed one another and it was probably the best racing I have ever done for the whole race racing another competitor so close for the whole race. Just so happened I won that race. Jeff beat me the same way in another race.

This is probably the race I remember most, but even now I have memorable races with other fine competitors (you know who you are). These are racers that race you hard and clean without wrecking or spinning you out.

This was my favorite race in "99.(I pulled out a instant camera at 100+ mph with a tiller motor Laughing )
My cousin is leading the pack in this picture. I finally caught the #4 kart and drafted my way up to my cousin. My cousin and the #4 kart swapped the lead a few times with me in hot pursuit till the last lap in the last turn I got a head of steam and passed both of them at the finish line and won by a nose.
Oh the memories!!!And I am sure there is more to come.

Back in 2006 me and bob johnson had a race in the yamaha pipe class and we ran door to door for a bunch of laps around the whole track,we touched a couple of times but we never took each outher out,I don't remember who won that day all I remember is how much fun it was,We huged and high fived each outher after the race and it was awsome,I have ran a lot of races on dirt and asphalt since I was 9 years old and I am now 45,but that race on that day was the best and I will remember it forever. Thanks Barnesville and Thank you Bob. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

So far my favorite race is my first win. Steven and I passed each other..... 5,6,7,8,9,10 times. I don't know how many times we passed each other. But it was fun. Trophy

Once last season I held off Patrick as I shot bumper hardware at him. He gave me a nice shove early in the race causing my bumper to loosen and then it threatened to launch itself at him for several laps. He tried to get me black flagged, but he was apparently the only one in a position to see what was really happening. He was faster that heat, but I was in front...not that we finished that way often.
