Anyone know if/where you can get a Spacer for the Noram clutch on the engine side. Problem is the drum rubs on my chainguard bolts(bolted to engine)

Look in the hardware section of any good hardware store. They have thick brass washers that are 3/4" that work great. You may also want to consider some lower-profile hardware for your chainguard.
